I go to the site and I get a broken icon in the corner.
If you get this broken icon, it means that your plug-in isn't installed correctly.
Did you restart the browser after installation?
Did you double click on the installer "inst_clt.exe" to install it?

NETSCAPE:
A broken icon in Netscape means you need the plug-in. Goto www.musicpen.com and download the latest version. If you have installed the plug-in and still get a broken icon, close and reopen your browser so that the plug-in can be detected.
EXPLORER:
A broken icon in Microsoft Internet Explorer means either:
(1) you do not have the latest plug-in or
(2) your browser is set to prevent Active X controls from installing.
To allow Active X objects to install in Explorer:
Select the View Menu.
Choose Internet Options.
Choose Security.
Choose Medium or Low security settings.
Choose Apply.
When I go to a page made with ClickToons, I'm prompted for a newer version of the plug-in.
We are continuously updating ClickToons technology so that you can take advantage of the latest features. When prompted for a new version go to www.musicpen.com, download the latest version and install it.
When I try to download ClickToons or am on a ClickToons page, downloading appears to stall.
Unfortunately, the information superhighway can get crowded quickly. Sometimes, data just gets “stuck in traffic.” If the browser appears unable to complete a download (which is indicated by the status bar in the lower left corner (Netscape) or the status bar in the lower right (Explorer), then hit RELOAD (Netscape) or REFRESH (Explorer).

When accessing any online activity there is a possibility that your browser will crash. This could be due to a number of factors, including free space on your hard drive, memory allocation, etc. If the browser crashes, start the browser again and return to the same URL that you left. With ClickToons, you will not need to reload any data that has already been sent.

Find the plug-ins directory for your browser, which is located in the same directory as the browser application.
